Hello and welcome to my little corner of the interwebs! My name is Justyna and I am a twenty-something attorney in Northern Illinois. I have been a scrapbooker and paper crafter since I was about 12 and it's a passion of mine that I continue to this day, so I hope you don't mind all the geeking out over layouts and supplies. Especially notebooks. Those things have a magical hold over me like you wouldn't believe. Who could possibly need so many notebooks and journals?! Me, apparently.

I live with my hubs Josh, whom I met when we were both in the same play at the local community theater. He played a sociopathic, narcissistic murderer and I played a free-spirited, narcissistic socialite, and I swear that is only a *little* bit true to life. Kidding. Sort of. We're way less "murdery."

//I was newly pregnant here. Good times//

We are new parents to Hazel Violeta Lou and so ignore the typos as best you can because I am functioning on little sleep and a whole lotta caffeine.

//Hazel at about 3 months//

//the day before Hazel came into this world. I had to be induced because this little lady was giving me preeclampsia//

We also have two furbabies, Svedka and Chewie, who I am sure you will see plastered all over this blog because as any good parent of a pet knows, the entire world is begging to see more photos of your pets.

I enjoy meeting new people and sharing things with them, so if you are of a like mind please let me know! Let's learn from each other. Let's let the good times roll. Meanwhile, I'll be hanging with my little family, collecting red lipstick like a mofo.

Thank you, again, for stopping by and please don't be a stranger!

Some notes on navigating the blog:

    • Here you will find outfit photos, reviews of cosmetic products, and the like!
    • Scrapbooking, painting, writing, DIY...it's all here!
    • As an avid player of board games and a bookslut, it only makes sense that these things will make their way into the blog.
    • All things pertaining to real life, marriage, motherhood, and keepin' it real. It's not always pretty and that's the point.
